Report a Lost Card

In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen debit or credit card please call the bank at (877) 284-1880.

If you have set up any pre-authorized payments which are initiated through your credit card, you must notify the merchant directly to cancel your payments. Once you have received your new card, you must then contact the merchant to re-establish any pre-authorized payments with your new card number. To report a lost or stolen credit card after business hours, please call 800.558.3424.
